8bgame provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion tools to all account holders. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. 8bgame may impose mandatory limits or suspend accounts where problem gambling indicators are identified, regardless of player consent.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8bgame ("8bgame", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website at 8bgame.club and all associated products, services, and gaming content. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 8bgame Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 8bgame reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate balances at its sole discretion, and cancel any bonuses associated with such accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any change. 8bgame is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Upon registration, you will be required to complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal. KYC documents accepted include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid international passport. 8bgame may request additional supporting documentation such as proof of address or proof of payment method at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 8bgame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available to all account holders through the account security settings.
You agree to notify 8bgame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or suspicious activity on your account. 8bgame will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use occurred prior to your notification to us, provided that such loss did not result from 8bgame's own negligence or breach.
8bgame reserves the right to temporarily lock or suspend any account where unusual activity or a potential security breach is detected, pending investigation. In such circumstances, 8bgame will contact you using the registered email address or phone number associated with the account.
All deposits to 8bgame accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and authorised Retail Cash channels.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment method belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned (less any applicable processing fees) and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your 8bgame account. 8bgame operates a same-payment-method withdrawal policy as a core anti-money-laundering control. Exceptions require written approval from the 8bgame compliance team.
All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed full KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission and review. 8bgame aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes disclosed in the cashier at the time of request, which are typically within a few hours for mobile wallet withdrawals and up to two business days for bank transfers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 8bgame. Unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 8bgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8bgame does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. 8bgame will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude 8bgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
8bgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes that affect player rights, payment policies, or account security requirements — 8bgame will provide reasonable advance notice by email to the registered account address or by prominent notice on the Platform.
The most current version of this Agreement will always be available at 8bgame.club/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal policies of 8bgame as published on the Platform from time to time.
In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, account decision, or Platform behaviour, you agree to first raise the matter with 8bgame's customer support team, providing all relevant details including account ID, date and time of the disputed event, and any supporting evidence. 8bgame will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within five business days.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism as specified in the Platform's licensing and compliance documentation.
